Hi All,
I am applying my Labor on EB2 tomorrow (07/26/2007). Is there any glim chacne for me to get the approval before 08/14/2007? I am going through Atlanta. Please let me know how long is the average time to get the cetification from atlanta center. (One of my friend applied on 07/17/07 and got the LC on 07/23/07 from atlanta center).

You could take a look at Track it. It will give you an idea of Atlanta backlogs . You could have a very good chance at Chicago though . Your friend was one in a million lucky and you could be one too .

My AP approvals are lost in mail, my employer mailed them in ordinary mail during holiday season (12/11/07). What can I do next? Go thru attorney for duplicates? Please advice.

Hi
I have a question regarding my spouse who is on H4 visa.she has real experience in India for 5 years. One of the company who does some projects did H1b processing through "CONSULAR PROCESSING". Her H1B is approved now.
1) Employer is saying she has to go out of the country to get the visa in order to work.
2) Apply for change of Status while staying in USA. Employer saying that there are chances of getting an RFE during that process. Is there any Premium process in Change of Status processing.
which one is advisable?
Can any one please suggest.

My 485 is pending and and I am still working on h1. I have EAD and advance parole, but do not want to use parole to go to canada (Wanted to save it for India trip). Do I have to take canadian visa to travel to canada for 3 days based on my currnet status. what is the process to take the visa?

My H1B expired when I renewed (last month) my EAD. I e-filed it and selected H1B "SPECIALITY OCCUPATION". I got my new EAD card in hand within 22days from the day I filed.

Illegal non-immigrants did the rally to local USCIS offices. It would be good if we pick one day in 2nd week of July and have a rally to local USCIS offices. This will immediately catch the media attention.
