I received the rfe details today..Here is my list of documents needed by uscis
1) updated properly completed form G-325A
2) employment letter from my new employer to prove that i am working on the same/similar job as my LC (since I did not submit AC21 documents), I need to do it now, since I changed my address and the letter mentions that I am not staying in the same state as of my original LC and now they require AC21 documents.

I think you are unnecessarily suspecting her posting. Retrogression kicked in Oct 2005 bulletin. So it is possible for her to apply in Feb 2005. I know for sure some people got their GC with similar priority dates. I think this whole immigration crap is turning everyone into cynical.

As per USCIS, childrens are aged out after they becomes 21 and their I-485 could be rejected.
However, your child is safe, if I-140 of primary beneficiery is aproved & you have filed I-485 of your child. Age of child is calculated as - Date on his/her I-485 filed minus period/time required for I-140 approval. e.g. when you filed childs I-485, age of child was 19 and your I-140 approval took say 8 months then your childs age is "locked" at 18 years 3 months. I was in a same situation but my child turn out to be safe as I filed his I-485 immediatly after PD become current. Couple of months back I received letter from USCIS that my son is safe though he become 21.
In a situation like I-140 & I-485 is NOT filed for Primary beneficiary becomes tricky as uncertinity of I-140 approval and then PD to become current to file I-485 and to calculate "Lock out" age for the child.
Best way is file I-140 file immediatly & file I-485 for child immediatly if PD is current.
Pl be advised to consult your immigration lawyer...

Your idea is good to but please be also open to other ideas. You don't know what will fail or pass. The prime objective is to attract media attention, in other words "give them something to talk about". What flower campaing did last year was exactly that...Can we achieve the same thing with Book or Calculators or Clock or Poster, we need to figure that out!
I agree that calculator /flower campaign can fail. But poster (actually pamphlet) and letter campaign will cost only 41 cents stamp from us.

Rather I would like to add more items to what u have listed-
1. Its wrong for EB2 filers to find/marry a us citizen. That will be unethical of them to do as they will be jumping lines. Because u would be unable to do if u would have married non-citizen..so based on GCTest's logic please dont marry us citizen or if u have marriued continue to only use you EB2 application for processing :-)
2. Also people who are now planning of using EB5 (assuming u have now saved/gather enough money). So EB2, EB3 or other people u have been saving money and are now thinking of risking ur money/career/life on EB5 filing..please dont do that...because that will be unethical.....u r doing it bcos u now have money. Per GCTest's logic u did not having money u filed ur EB2 or EB3 application so if u have money now...dont try to use it.

Oh yes corollary to #1. Also bachelors in EB2/EB3 category make sure u dont fall inlove and plan to marry any girl/boy from the countries which are current. Help GCTest's cause.

We pay tons of fees to USCIS and wait for more than six years for GC and yet some shitty senator who does not know anything about immigration comes and rattles on stage.
The hearing should have started with the Ombudsman reports as a basis. Then the hearing should have asked USCIS for solid data like -
How many applicants from year 2001-2007 are pending? In what year, category, country? (to show the trends of backlogs)
How much percentage of applications were processed on annual basis compared to the limit? What is the inflow and the outflow?
What are the customer satisfaction levels for USCIS?

With this July VB fiasco, thousands of people with the recent priority dates will be able to apply alongside the applicants with much older priority dates and depending on how the USCIS issues the receipt notices or how fast their lawyers can file, some with older priority dates will fall behind in terms of receiving the receipt dates.
Note: Even a few days' difference in receipt dates could matter due to the quota when thousands apply in the same month
So the question on the table is:

I am glad to see sked A here. I have been following this forum for a long time now and there is nothing for healthcare prof though the discussions were very helpful. As I can see it, the july VB put benefits on those going through AOS but as a result those whom I know who are scheduled for interview in their home countries in AUg. was cancelled.

This is what I have done today. Called up BOTH my Senators and My local Congressperson. First asked them the name of the Person in-charge of immigration. Then Faxed him/her a ONE page description of what has happened and Urged them to take action.
Please do the same with your local Lawmakers. I believe that if Enough people call and fax them, they WILL do something eventually. It's a NUMBERS GAME and only if enough people contact them will they budge.
Please contact your lawmakers with a Nicely typed letter explaining your current situation and what the USCIS has done.

I can understand rejecting loans for H1 since it is supposed to be temporary employment, but it does not make sense to reject for people on EAD.
I am in the process of refinancing, but I provided my H1 papers instead of EAD and my application was approved.
It is possible each company has a different policy. I went through Wells Fargo this time.

Just called Senator Mitch McConnel's(R-KY) office. They were receptive to our message. Also, I was told that Senator is taking messages and has NOT taken a stand yet. Will post more if I call more people.
