What kind of an audio file are you going to be playing? Will it be something like a sound loop?

The reason I ask is that, on the Windows Phone, you can use the XNA Libraries instead of Silverlight for some media playback scenarios :)

I have B1 visa and and right now I am in US on client support.

I want to get into a College for further studies for which I am unaware of the legal formalities to be completed.

I already have a letter of internship with a US company and the college is giving me a letter for change of status i-20.

As far as the immigration goes for change of status of visa, it says that I need to go out of the country and then come back, with stamped as 'intent to study'. So is it really required?

However still it is confusing for me as to what other formalities are to be completed regarding the same.

Got another question for Nikon people - a friend sent his D300s in for repair. Nikon upgraded the firmware, and now he can't open the RAW (NEF) files in CS3. Any thoughts?

Hi All,

I got F1 VISA for X University and then I transfered to Y University.
Now I have lost I20 for that X University.

I am filing for H1B now and I am supposed to submit all prior I20s.
What would be the potential problem if I do not submit the I20 of X univ?

Is there any way to retrieve the I20 from the university?

Please submit contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements or letters from/with end-client firms requiring computer related services of the beneficiary. Evidence from other consultants or employment agencies not acceptable. The requested evidence should show specialty occupation work with the actual end-client company where the work will ultimately performed.

My company is big (250+) so why such?? if somebody had same RFE or any guidance or help regarding such matter is higly appreciated.

I gave first FP on 9/28 and lat month I took info pass and the officer raised a SR for non delivery of cards to which I got a reply that my card might have lost in mail. I called USCIS who mentioned that my card was never created and now it will be created. Now my online status changes mentioning that I have been sent FP notice again. I called uscis again and mentioned that I already gave biometrics

The officer said it was erroneous so ignore the FP notice and he will be requesting CPO for me. I even called FBI FP line today to confirm that my first FP was fine and they said it was fine and uploaded

Hi,

I had submitted my I-140, I485 and my wife's I-485/I-131/I-765 together. USCIS accepted everything but the I-131 form, which they returned saying that they couldn't located the I-485 application. Now, I have the receipt number for I-485. If I send I-131 back now, can I still use the old check? The old check is endorsed but was not deposited (they returned it).

To think of it, it is not my fault that they couldn't find the I-485 though it was in the same application packet.

I will appreciate any insight.

I am with H-1 visa. Recently, I help another company finish one project, then I received a stipend of $8K. They will send me 1099 misc form for tax purpose. Does it affect my H-1 status and green card application? Thank you.

Do you have EAD? If not, you may be in trouble as H1 does not allow you to do a side job.
