Can you please let us know what gives you the right to call for a change the leadership?
Not that I say we need change, but this is a public organization. Everyone has a right to call for election. There is nothing wrong.
Only issue is, whoever wants to contest has to come out with public profile as mentioned by someone before. There are only few people who are openly public and with known real identity on this forum - thats sad!

Hello,
My wife's NJ license expired too and so was her EAD last month when we went for License renewal (Sept 2010). We had already applied for her EAD renewal which was in process a couple of days before we went.
It was renewed till Feb of 2011.
I would suggest you to take the following along with other stuff (to make up the 6-point ID):
1. Whatever I-94 that is attached in your PP.
2. Your expired EAD card.
3. Your EAD renewal receipt.
4. Just take along H-1B renewal receipt too (but it will not be of any help really).
We went to Wayne DMV in Passaic county (NJ).
Hope you get your license back soon.

I wish you have PD of 2001/2002. I had the same dream when I came here 8 years ago.
If you are new to US(1-3 years, from the spark in your statements, I feel you are.) with having PD 2003 or later, only the SKIL bill or CIR could rescue you. Othewise, you will be one among 1million in 2011 talking like us.
Its very interesting reading everyone's stories. To me GC represents freedom. Freedom to work for whom you want to, in a field you want to, not to work for someone you don't want to. To start your own buisness, to do all those things which US is known for. This country encourages entrepreneurs and I would like to be one, one of these days :).

So what are trying to prove ? Generally i dont respond but this just shows that you have a lot of time. Why dampen people's spirits by such post or why try to say that whatever IV has done is a waste. That is what i get from what you have posted. If you are cynical, keep it to your own self, dont start such negative threads. Dont know you and this is not a personal attack but think twice before you create such posts, because they are disheartening for many (including me) who are so frustrated that they can believe any thing negative. Chill out and let us enjoy the moment why we have it, if things change over the period, we are fighters, we will survive but dont add to our problems by your predictions and logic (which might be right to start with but do we tell cancer patients that they are going to die on such and such date).

Only EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver) even currently requires 10 years of work experience in the relevant field at the time of filing this is the category that does not require labor and van be self filed. The exceptional ability refers to Non US Masters folks Bachelors + 5 Years, now looks like this is bachelors + 10 years. The memo is currently not implemented Smuggymba I believe you should push your case in premium processing, probably you are not impacted though as you have a US masters (MBA). But there is no guarantee that they will not review all cases at the time of 485 once again. This memo / revised guidelines are indeed extremely scary. My lawyers have just said I will NOT get an EAD because I don't have a visascreen. EVEN though I have a USA RN license.

guys, USCIS agreed to accept all the application but they do not have any visas to adjudicate the application... so they'll only enter the information in their database based on PD and when the date becomes current for the PD thats when they start processing the application... so nothing will be changed in terms of order of processing.. this change will only help us getting EAD/AP...

I don't understand how removing the country limit may have resorce implications, as how I understand is, instead of adjucation an EB-2(2008) from Mali you'll be adjucating an EB-2(2004) from India, what difference it is for them ???

And I and my colleagues have been observing problems with such students for over last 5 years or more (about 1000 students). These are not anomalies, rather statistically significant observations.
And, by the way, (almost) all these students join Indian consulting companies after graduation, which means (at least those) consulting companies care nothing about the quality of the employees. Banning H1-B access to such consulting companies will be of desirable, indeed.

I don't think EB3-I would be U for more than a month, as I keep saying this year EB3 would be getting some share of spill-over. So even if it becomes U for April that would be temporarily and it would return back in May.
